Liquids can certainly provide that quick energy to get you up and running, and at times, even replace your dinner. If you’re a fish fan and thrive on those special fishy vitamins, try the Eel soda from Japan Tobacco Inc. Apparently the freshwater eel extract is believed to be a refreshing energy boost for those exhausted by the heat. “The drink is called Unagi Nobori, which basically translates to “Surging Eel”. It is said to have a similar taste to broiled eels.” Surely eel fans and the Japanese public will dig this delicacy in a bottle. And the rest of you who have the guts to test it out-let me know if it really does the job. It might just be that dEELicious energy drink you’ve been waiting for.
