The first robotic barman, Mr. Asahi, was created to promote the Japanese Asahi beer, from the Osaka brewing company. Devised by 8 engineers using the latest robotics and animatronics technology, he can open bottles and serve pints of beer-which makes him the ultimate solution for busy bars and overloads of thirsty customers. Mr. Asahi is now on tour and making his first adorable appearance in Selfridges Manchester.
