Designer gas-masks

The theory behind designer gas-masks is that ‘we are in a state of perpetual war’, which results in constant fear. Designed by Diddo Velema, the masks are intended to recognize and challenge this fearful state of mind. Personally, I honestly thought they were meant for waging war in style, but apparently they are only a conceptual art project and not real commercial products (yet). Hopefully we won’t be needing them..cuz like, you know..make love, not war
