Nexi the robot is kind of friendly

MIT students are starting to scare me. Their latest baby is a robot called Nexi. Nexi has a nice, segway styled body that allows the limbs to move freely and startling human-like facial expressions. Nexi’s purpose is to facilitate the study of social connections, so basically it observes and interacts, providing the correct emotional and physical behaviour appropriate in human interaction. You know, so it can fit in and be your friend. I wonder if it also has good table manners.
