“Reading is a process, just like life.” -Victor Hugo. This is Eric Zhang’s intro to his invention, the growing book. Literally, growing. Reader’s can plant anything on the left side of the ‘book on life’ and tend to its growth. As the plant grows, it’s shadows cast on the sentences reveal new and unique meanings daily. Hence,the other growth factor…Another lovely addition are the lights fixed underneath the plant so the reader can switch them on at night and enjoy the beautiful illumination.
