A stroke of genius by the Japanse company Hakuho, this piece of work lets you finally bake your pizza without needing an oven. Made out of ceramic, it looks like a miniature brick oven which you place on top of your stove. The mini oven generates a great amount of heat, thus enabling the pizza to bake at extremely high temperatures within ten minutes (not including pre-heating). Finally, those of us who don’t have an oven can enjoy one of the world’s most perfect foods right at home. Who was it that said ‘when the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie it’s amour’?
